in a bowl place 8 gr Arabic gum powder with 10 gr water
Cover and let "bloom" at room temperature for 24 hours
In another bowl mix 150 gr of Demerara sugar with 65 gr of hot water. Stir until dissolved
Pour over the wet gum mixture, stir and bottle up
Store in the fridge. Last for about 4 weeks
