- 1½ ozbourbon
- ½ ozpineapple rum (Stiggins preferred)
- ½ ozdry curacao
- 1 ozlemon juice
- ¾ ozpineapple juice
- ½ ozorgeat
- ¼ ozcinnamon syrup
- 3 dropelemakule tiki bitters
Garnish: mint
Instructions
Flash blend & dump.
The combo of bourbon and pineapple in this remind me of the Halekulani, which I really love. But it's richer and more complex.
