Make and Drink Rum Barrel

Ingredients
- 1 ozlight rum (Don Q)
- 1 ozbajan rum (Mount Gay Eclipse)
- 1 ozjamaican rum (Coruba, dark)
- 1 ozdemerara rum (Hamilton 86)
- ½ ozoverproof rum (Hamilton 151) optional
- ½ ozpeach liqueur (Rothman & Winter)
- ½ ozpassion fruit syrup
- ¼ ozcinnamon syrup
- ¼ ozhoney syrup
- 1 ozlime juice
- 1 ozpineapple juice
- 1 ozgrapefruit juice (ruby red)
- 1 ozorange juice
- 5 dropalmond extract
- 2 dashangostura bitters
- 1 ozclub soda
Instructions
Shake all ingredients except club soda with ice. Strain into a tiki mug with crushed ice. Top with club soda. Float the overproof rum if using.
