Make and Drink Rum Barrel

Ingredients

  • 1 ozlight rum (Don Q)
  • 1 ozbajan rum (Mount Gay Eclipse)
  • 1 ozjamaican rum (Coruba, dark)
  • 1 ozdemerara rum (Hamilton 86)
  • ½ ozoverproof rum (Hamilton 151) optional
  • ½ ozpeach liqueur (Rothman & Winter)
  • ½ ozpassion fruit syrup
  • ¼ ozcinnamon syrup
  • ¼ ozhoney syrup
  • 1 ozlime juice
  • 1 ozpineapple juice
  • 1 ozgrapefruit juice (ruby red)
  • 1 ozorange juice
  • 5 dropalmond extract
  • 2 dashangostura bitters
  • 1 ozclub soda

Instructions

Shake all ingredients except club soda with ice. Strain into a tiki mug with crushed ice. Top with club soda. Float the overproof rum if using.
