Ingredients

  • 1 ozaged rum (Appleton 12 or similar Jamaican)
  • 1 ozaged rum (Hampden Estate or similar funky Jamaican)
  • 1 ozlime juice
  • ½ ozcuracao (Grand Marnier, or 50/50 Grand Marnier and Clément Créole Shrubb)
  • ½ ozorgeat (Liber & Co. or similar)
Garnish: mint sprig and spent lime shell

Instructions

Long 10 second shake with pebble ice and dump into a mai tai glass over fresh ice.
