Ingredients
- 1½ ozmezcal (Del Maguey Vida)
- ¾ ozorgeat (homemade)
- ¾ ozlime juice
- 3 dashtabasco
- 4 dashangostura bitters (float)
Garnish: grated nutmeg, mint sprig, optional mini tabasco bottle
Instructions
Shake mezcal, orgeat, lime juice, and Tabasco with ice. Strain into glass. Float Angostura bitters on top. Garnish with grated nutmeg and mint sprig.
